It helps remove sweat and other dirt. 6) Drink less alcohol: Alcohol is harsh on the skin because it can dehydrate the skin and cause damage which can lead to an older look 7) Stop using products that sting: Such products are really harsh and if it stings the skin, it's can cause irritation and eventually makes one look older. 8) Use anti aging serums: Serums contain a more concentration of active ingredients than a moisturizer. Look for ones with anti-aging ingredients such as vitamin A derivatives known as retinoids and vitamin C. It helps increase collagen in your skin, act as antioxidants and helps prevent aging.
